Lea Michele joins TikTok , After testing positive for COVID-19 last week, She is spending her most of the time in quarantine by making videos on TikTok. She created her own TikTok account on Saturday (September 17), Making fun of the theatrical entertainment of her performance on Broadway’s Funny Girl.
The original TikTok video on which she performed created by Javi Rodriguez featured an impersonation of “Lea Michele” was featured on Funny Girl’s opening night, one person wrote, with others commenting: “As someone watching the Tonight Show, I can say with 100% certainty I think that’s what happened.”
Lea Michelle, who is currently on a brake of some days from her role as Fanny Brice in the Broadway revival show, she made her own “Don’t Rain on My Parade” entrance on TikTok, right after the show began.
In a duet with another TikTok user Javi Rodriguez , she lip syncs with an audio of her own voice, which is interrupted by applause while singing the show’s signature tune, “Don’t Rain on My Parade“.

The video shows the Golden Globe nominee in comfortable matching pajamas, using a hairbrush as a microphone. Her radiant smile speaks a lot as she mimics the movements from the original post.
Lea Michele reposted the video on her Instagram account with the caption, “She’s on TikTok.”

Just few days later, Michelle posted that she was showing “early symptoms” of the coronavirus. The Golden Globe nominee announced on her Instagram Story September 11 that she tested positive and will take 10 days off from her run as Fannie Brice in Broadway’s Funny Girl revival as she recovers.
“Unfortunately, I have officially tested positive for COVID. Following production protocol, I cannot return to the theater for 10 days,” she wrote. “Thankfully so many members of our company were saved from being exposed by staying home today and catching it early.”
“Funny Girl is currently dealing with the tremendous wave of COVID with about a dozen members of the company and still doing so,” the Glee alum continued. “We’re almost on the other side of it and our swing and grasp are doing such an incredible job of keeping our show on its feet.”

“This week has been like a dream come true and I can’t wait to be back – better get ready. See you soon,” said Mitchell.
Following the announcement in July to replace previous star Benny Feldstein, Michelle told PEOPLE that the speculation about the behind-the-scenes drama surrounding the casting decision is not true.
“I watched the show. I wrote to her and told her I thought what an incredible job she had done,” Michelle said earlier this month. “I think everyone thinks everything is so full of drama. I also think people really like the excitement of pitting women against each other, which I think is really sad. And that’s unfortunate.”
